Dear Anisha Happy Thoughts!! This is the first time I am hearing your sound its modulations. It is attractive and captivating. The first thought which comes to my mind is as follows:- "SOUND AND ITS MODULATIONS RADIATE THE MATCHING SELF-CONFIDENCE AS IS BEING REFLECTED IN YOUR VOICE EXPRESSED THROUGH WRITING" Best of luck
Jamalu Charania
Anisa, doesn't look like its your first recording. Keep it up!

Wonderful to hear your voice for the first time. I somehow felt as if this message was 'exclusively' addressed to me and somehow affected me much more than an ordinary mailed essay. Looking forward to receiving many more of these audios. The message itself was very thought-provoking and compelling as we all tend to succumb to our real or imagined 'flaws' which somehow diminish our image in our own eyes and affect us negatively.

great wisdom and insight into our daily life.

Excellent if this is your 1st recording. i think a slight decrease in speed and few pauses, will make it more impactful. All the best. Regds uday

Hi Anisa. You did very well. The flow can improve further; and it surely will as you do more of these and the consciousness yields to more spontaneity. This was a good first attempt. But that is secondary. As you said in this piece, even if it were not good it still would be beautiful just because something new is being attempted. You painted a new wild flower.
Anisa
You have all been too kind, with your encouragement and your constructive feedback. Yes I was nervous and talking way too fast ... the video has its flaws ... and now I will use these to learn and make a better one next time! PS: I did write the piece down so will try to put up a transcript asap
Tanya Philip
Beautifully written and narrated! Big ideas communicated effortlessly and in ways that are relate able. Keep up the good work!

Great thoughts Anisha. Very encouraging and hopefully follow this in life.

Nice presentation with pleasing voice and perfect message for those who always insist on perfection. Some words were not clear, as you seemed to rush through the message. You can try to slow down a little and be more articulate with modulation of voice. Wonderful Job. Keep it up. GOD BLESS YOU.

Video message has come out well. But considering limited broadband bandwidth couldn't see the video in single attempt. It is easier to have the additional transcript so the viewers choose their option.. Best wishes..
K.P.Suresh
Thank you for your great effirt. It has come out well. Message was great. Expecting more videos in the near future.

The subject was very good and inspiring for those who strive for perfection even for comma & full stop. presentation was bit fast but by the spirit of the topic well very much acceptable. I loved the depth and composure. Cangrats to Anisa. But frankly speaking the subjects you choose are so liked by me that I keep hard/soft copy for reading in my leisure time. So I missed that.

Simple, Real And I Agree Imperfections and Flaws are a part of the total desired look. For aspects within the circle of control, improvisation is the way ahead. Easier said than done, though. Anisa, we all need this measured dose of reality every once in a while to re-focus, don't we? :-) Your newsletters are awaited.
SAMIR MEHTA
congratulations . good video.it works better for me to concentrate and focus.keep it up. subject is apt and right on spot.

Good video , as it says don't get disturbed about your weakness but focus on your strength , your weakness are the opportunity for growth. Very well said , as in the modern world we look for perfection , even while I was typing this there were some spelling mistakes popping in & I painfully try to perfect it !!! So all said & done we are humans and we are habituated to certain style of living & its not easy to change it overnight!!!

Very Good vedio !!!. Being first time you may have been conscious on many aspects but with time you will be more comfortable while recording vedios. It has saved my time of reading and with voice you get the feel of subject as well. So please shift to vedio from scripts Regards

Wonderful! Reflects my idea of life to take as it is and not to strain yourself to be too perfect. I whole heartedly appreciate the idea and the video too.

very nice taik

How very true. Anisa, congrats!

What you say is correct that we punish ourselves for our mistakes too much at times but is that not the first step in striving to be as perfect as possible? The constant effort towards perfectionism starts right over there. BTW you have a sweet voice.

I have been reading your common sense living letters but I have never commented. This video is excellent and contain things that I have been telling to my daughter. As you said one has to accept their weaknesses and strive to overgrow them Life is continuous struggle and the happiness/joy we get solving the problems is immeasurable. Life is also is a continuous process of learning and every one is having something to teach you. That's why one should make the habit of hearing as their part of life to learn more about life and make your life happier.

Really interesting. Makes good sense. This is a mistake most of us make. I read your articles regularly. This short video is an excellent idea.

Dear Anisa, I am a grandma who sacrificed my life by all my savings, health, happiness for my mother, mother - in- lawand co,my children and my brother, sisters. But now when I need some support the same people are ,cunningly avoiding by unwanted rudeness, now after all this,I WANT TO MAKE A DECENT LIFE with what is remaing of me.can u guide me to start my own website I am good at typing ,have good command over communicative skills ,love to read.I liked ur articals ,ur very clear and to the the point.I was a beautiful young women, now bad health and age are playing havoc on my skin.the ones whom I slogged for say i have lost my good looks. SERVICE TO THE WEAK WAS ALWAYS MY PRIORITY IN LIFE.I DONT WANT BE DEPENDENT ON THEM.NOW WHAT I DONE TO OTHERS I WILL DO FOR MY SELF.TYHANK U.

The presentation made differently is well appreciated. It may be further differentiated ( I can't say improved) if human movements are also shown without just audio, of course, there need to be visual placards or subtitles as has been done at present. To-day 11th October 2014 mind is jubilant with the news of Malala (17) - Satyarthi (60) bestowed Nobel peace prize sharing that energizes hope to restore peace between power hungry politicians, crazy fundamentalists who tarnish GOD with religion string, innocent terrorists and of course trigger happy (duty bound) LOC guards between India and Pakistan. The residents of both the countries are from Bharatiya Samskruti whose edifice is VASUDAIKA KUTAMBAKAM.

It's a great wisdom. Accept the reality its a beautiful. Everyone is perfectly lnperfect.
Saurabh
I agree with every word you said, it's just that we will have to work harder & be focussed on our strengths vs flaws. We will have to learn to unlearn. I am your regular follower, good going and appreciate the efforts being put in.

very well said!! May GOD be with you, bless you. Love

Can I have the usual letter plus audio.I used to make notes of strong sentences of your articles.Being not that educated in English it's difficult for me to catch those sentences from only audio.
Thulasidas
Dear Anisa, Your voice has a soothing effect. It just came at a time I was worrying about some past behaviour. Thanks a lot for cheering me up. Warm regards, Thulasidas

Refreshing change instead of the usual reading that I had to do everyday. I enjoy reading your articles and keep looking forward to the next one.

Crisp and well narrated apart from being very practical in approach to life.

Dear Ms Anisa Virji, So nice to hear your sweet voice on the interesting video "The Flaws of Perfection". I would like to put up a point towards perfection is that it makes us improve ourselves and makes us a better person i.e. if applied in the correct direction though perfection is said to be an art and not a possibility. The flaws of perfection, well, you must have heard some popular beautiful songs and how sometimes the words are shortened, lengthened or strangely pronounced to make the song beautiful. If you try to correct the pronunciation, the music and the rythm will not match. I believe flaws in perfection give a contrasting touch to perfection and make things look more beautiful. I wonder if I can relate it to eating hot Gulabjamun with Ice-cream. About our smile, I have often noticed that children (experimented on 6 months to 3 years old) get attracted to me when I smile to them and it happens when I am really very happy. Children can sense it because they look it into our eyes and not other features. Take care and keep smiling. Regards, Rajeev Agrawal

A nice change from the written word. .Well thought out and well modulated speech;.did not sound like your first one .A few more pictures would have made it better and also a video shot of you speaking at intervals. Hope to hear more from you.

Interesting and certainly thought provoking. Your voice is as beautiful as your thoughts. Thanks Anisa. Keep it up.

It was beautiful speech

This reminds me of a saying by Dr.Sigmund Freud "A man should not strive to eliminate his complexes but to get into accord with them".No body can be perfect except THE ALMIGHTY.

Hi Anisa, nice thoughts -Especially the later part of it. Fairly nice voice too. Would only like to differ in the fundamental point - wouldn't agree that a broken pot along with flowers is a flaw. The very presence enhances the beauty of the portrait as the blue flowers get a magical facelift. Agree it is realistic, - it made it look like seeing a real one. Else it would be a mere display of a good art and a bit Artificial. Here, we didn't see the art but reality. Cheers. Keep writing

I am reading your articles from last couple of days. The recent one “Emotional Atyachaar: Use it to Communicate Effectively” was amazing. Sharing stories through video is an excellent idea. Please keep it up and thanks a lot for sharing such wonderful pearls.
Ms Sucharita
Very true. In the quest for perfection we miss the reality. Your voice is so sweet, with these perfect presentation I got it sweeter. Still I love to read you and reread you. Keep writing. Ask Mark to get us some earning methodology. We are already perfect by now. Regards, Sucharita
himanshu
well said ! truly; wanting/striving for perfection can only give you ulcers, not happiness.

I could see your picture in the communications. I could understand your ideas and thoughts. your voice has added a new dimension to your relations with the readers. I definitely enjoyed to listen you. Thanks for the kind service to the readers. Keep it up.
RAVI GONDHALEKAR
Very nice recording ! In fact this form of communication is more powerful than the "ONLY written " one. Doesn't look like first recording ! Best Luck .

Hi Anisa, You have a beautiful voice as well, much similar to your thoughts. It's a nice message. Though the recording is much easier to get through the message, I keep a record of all your newsletters (possibly to share these thoughts with my son one day when he becomes old enough to understand these) and hence look forward for a transcript of this recording.
